Who we serve

On the residential side, we work in detached, semi-detached, and row houses throughout Toronto. We do not service individual condo or apartment units. Commercial property owners and managers can contact us for rooftop units, split systems, boilers, controls, maintenance, replacements, and mechanical upgrades.

HR Mechanical is a service-area business, which means we come to the customer rather than operating a public showroom or walk-in storefront. Our core area is west Toronto, with broader Toronto and east Etobicoke appointments available based on the job.

What we do

A repair-first approach

Our first job is to understand what failed and explain the practical options. If an otherwise serviceable system can be repaired, we do not need to turn that call into a replacement pitch. When equipment is unsafe, poorly matched, or near the end of its useful life, we explain why replacement may be the more sensible path and plan it around the property and existing system.

We service most major HVAC brands. For new equipment, our primary lines are Rheem for central air conditioners, furnaces, and tank water heaters; Mitsubishi Electric for ductless and commercial systems; and Navien for tankless water heaters and combi-boilers.
