New RTU & System Installs
Most commercial replacement work is a like-for-like rooftop unit swap or an upgrade to a higher-efficiency packaged system. We handle the crane day, the curb adapter, the gas and electrical re-connection, and the commissioning. You get a system that runs right from day one, not one that needs a service call a week later.
Tenant Fit-Ups
When a new tenant moves into an existing commercial space, the mechanical layout almost never matches the new floor plan. We re-route ductwork, add or remove diffusers, balance airflow to new room layouts, and verify the system has the capacity to handle the new occupancy load. We work alongside your general contractor on schedule.
Mechanical Retrofits
Older commercial buildings can be transformed with targeted mechanical retrofits: replacing an inefficient packaged boiler with a high-efficiency condensing unit, adding variable-speed drives to constant-speed motors, swapping in modern controls, or rebalancing a system that was never set up correctly in the first place.
Permits & Inspection
We pull TSSA gas permits, ESA electrical permits where required, and we handle the inspection sign-off. Documentation gets handed to your property manager or owner so the next service contractor picks up where we left off.
